For any cancellations, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The deposit is nonrefundable and but goes towards the service. 2 rescheduled appointments OR a NO CALL NO SHOW will result in forfeit of the deposit as well. Another deposit will be required in order to book another appointment.
Please come washed and blow dried. If you need to a wash and blow dry service, it ill be an additional $35 on top of the service fee. Hair is included in all services unless you require a specific color. NO EXTRA CHILDREN/ADULTS ALLOWED if not being serviced.
There will be a $5 Late fee accessed after 30 minutes. After that you will have to reschedule. Clients have 24 hours to notify me of any changes to be fixed in your favor, after which there will be a fee depending on negotiations.
